Course design and development processes should be straightforward and tailored to the perceived level of risk. This encourages constructive engagement from staff, students and other stakeholders, and supports the continuous improvement of courses. Engagement can be effectively supported by providing accessible information, which details key steps, timescales, roles and responsibilities, and links to external/internal reference materials.”
